The ProxKey III is a compact keyfob that utilizes HID proximity technology for access control purposes. It can be easily attached to a key ring, badge clip, or lanyard, providing convenience to users. This device is designed to withstand tough operating conditions and handling. It is particularly suitable for access control applications that do not require a Photo ID.

When ordering from Easy Badges, these HID 1346LNSMN Proxkey III key fobs will be programmed to your specifications making them compatible with your access control system. The standard and most popular HID format is the 26 bit format: H10301. Most door access control systems use this format, but not all. You will need the Format, Facility Code, and Card Range for ordering new fobs. If you are unsure of your programming details, your previous orders information can be found on the HID box your fobs came in.

The 1346 part number series is the key fob version of HID’s popular credentials. The LNSMN portion of the part number is called the configuration. Each letter gives information on how the fob looks or features of the fob. Here is a brief overview of what each letter means in the configuration. L- Programmed- this should always be the case when ordering
N- Front Packaging- Standard HID 1346 artwork. Black with grey insert.
S- Back Packaging- Standard. No other options available for 1346.
M- Keyfob Numbering- M means that the external number is printed on the fob and matches the internal fob range number. This is the standard HID configuration.
N- Additional Options- There is not other option for the 1346 product. There is an eyelet for attachment already.

• All proximity credentials are programmed on the 125 kHz proximity frequency. If they are another frequency, they are likely a Smartcard or another type of credential.
