Your custom printed ID cards will ship within 3 business days from proof approval. Need them faster? No problem, we have rush delivery options.

How design works

OPTION 1

Download Easy Badges

It includes built-in templates or you can design your badges from scratch in a few minutes. You can optionally use the internal database or import your card holder information and images from an external database like Excel. Then simply email us the Easy Badges files. We can help as needed with this process.

OPTION 2

Use Existing Artwork or Example

Email your artwork file or picture of an existing badge to sales@easybadges.com. We accept all common artwork file types and we can make adjustments as needed. If you have an example of an existing badge, we can help recreate its design for you.

OPTION 3

Book a Session

We are happy to do a remote session with you to quickly design the cards with you, show you how to provide the card holder information, photos, and more.
