All products available for purchase on our website, easybadges.com, are covered with free lifetime phone and email support. We do not charge extra for “trainings.” We support what we sell. In some off-line situations, we may sell specialty items that are not available at easybadges.com. In those rare cases, free support may not be available for that product. Any support terms can be agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

Price Matching

Easy Badges has fair pricing with excellent service. In the rare situation that you are quoted better pricing, we are happy to see if we can meet or beat that pricing. Be aware that there are many unauthorized sellers for manufacturers’ products. Some sell generic versions of the products that can void your printer warranty. Others do not offer any support for the products they sell. Price match must be given approval before product purchase and can be requested by contacting our sales team at (855) 436-0527 or by email at sales@easybadges.com. Price matches cannot be combined with any other promotional/coupon offer.

Easy Badges Return Policy

Unopened and Unused Products

All unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund subject to inspection from Easy Badges support staff with the exception of programmed door access credentials, custom printed items, and some ID design softwares. All returns require a RMA number prior to shipping the return back. Printers must be shipped back in the original manufacturer’s packaging. This includes proper inside foam and packaging. All documents, cables, etc. must be included with the return for a full refund.

Used/Opened

If a product is open or used, we will still do our best to authorize a return. For some products, the relevant product page on easybadges.com will specify a product specific return policy. A restock fee may apply to some returns as well. Below is a breakdown of common return policies for categories of products. But, any relevant product page may specify a different return policy and take precedent over the below.

ID Printers

ID printer system returns within 30 days of purchase require approval by Easy Badges in writing and terms and conditions apply to each printer make and model. These terms will be on the product’s page. Some ID printers have a maximum number of printed cards to qualify for a return (typically 50 but please see product page or official quote you received by an Easy Badges representative.) Used printers that cannot be returned for any reason include: The Fargo Ink1000, ALL Zebra brand printers including the ZC100, ZC300, ZC350, and ZXP7, all Nisca brand printers including the PR-C151 ,and the Swiftcolor SCC4000D printer cannot be returned if opened or used.

All returns require a RMA number prior to shipping the return back. Printers must be shipped back in the original manufacturer’s packaging. This includes proper inside foam and packaging. All documents, cables, etc. must be included with the return.

Temperature Kiosks

Special Return Policy- Given the special nature of this product and high demand, orders cannot not be cancelled after being placed and product returns are not possible with the exceptions of warranty repair or replacement.

Refurbished/Pre-Used ID Card Printer Purchases

All refurbished/pre-used ID card printers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund subject to inspection from Easy Badges support staff and have less than 50 cards printed.

Software

Easy Badges ID Software or other softwares such as ID design softwares, visitor management softwares, or gift/loyalty softwares cannot be returned for any reason once activated or used. AssureID and Acufill ID-150 software can not be returned or refunded for any reason.

Custom ID accessories

Custom badge reels, badge holders, and other custom printed badging accessories cannot be returned. An electronic proof will be provided to customer for approval before production begins.

Return Process

All returns must have a pre-approved RMA number before returning to Easy Badges for credit. Please fill out the Return Request Form or contact your Easy Badges sales representative at sales@easybadges.com to receive an RMA number.

Easy Badges Shipping Policy

 

Free shipping on orders $35+ to US

All orders $35.00 or more qualify for FREE economy shipping (7 transit days or less) when shipping to US states. Orders under $35.00 qualify for $2.99 flat rate economy shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges via other shipping methods or shipping outside of the US or to US territories. Expedited shipping methods are available including 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight service. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges displayed at checkout when using one of these services. In some situations, we will not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders without prepayment via bank wire. Please give a physical, commercial, verifiable address at checkout.

International orders

Orders shipping to other locations outside of the United States can be ordered through a sales representative. We can be reached at 855-436-0527 or sales@easybadges.com.

Lead times

We ship most orders out same or next day when the order is placed before 1:00 PDT. If the order can’t ship under that time frame due to manufacturer backorders or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be the first to know that we are working hard to get it shipped!

Payment Options

Credit Cards Easy Badges accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For our customer’s protection and ours, you may be contacted by our team via telephone to verify your credit card information and/or billing and shipping address. This is typically a one time verification on your first order. Some orders may be delayed in shipping until the validation is completed. Checks Easy Badges accepts checks for orders that were placed via payment terms. Purchase Orders Your company may establish 30 Day terms or other payment terms with Easy Badges. Email  sales@easybadges.com for our credit application.  International Orders  We accept several methods of payment, but typically require prepayment via a bank transfer prior to shipping outside of the United States.
