CR80 sized PVC cards are the standard ID card size. They are the same dimensions as a credit card or driver’s license. 3.375″ x 2.125″. These PVC cards are compatible with all standard ID card printer make and models. 30 mil PVC cards are the standard thickness for PVC cards. 100% PVC is the standard material for blank PVC cards, but a “composite” blend of PVC and Polyester is recommended for laminating or retranfer ID card printers. We offer both our own brand of blank PVC cards and the very popular, Fargo brand of blank PVC cards.
