Rather than using 100% PVC, these cards are also 40% PET material which stands up better against heat. This prevents card warping that can be caused during exposure to the higher temperatures of laminating or retransfer printing. If you are using a standard direct-to-card printing process (dye-sub) and are not laminating, we recommend saving money and choosing standard blank PVC cards instead.
