Delta 5.3 CSN Farpointe Data Contactless Smartcard Reader

The Delta 5.3 contactless smartcard reader is from Farpointe Data’s Delta Series, which is at the top of its class when it comes to 13.56 MHz frequency line of contactless smartcard readers, tags, and cards. The Delta 5.3 reader supports the proven MIFARE® and DESFire® EV1 contactless digital radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and will read up to 1.5 inches away. Farpointe’s contactless smartcard reader belongs to the Delta series which complies with the Wiegand communication protocol therefore is equipped to handle many and most electronic access control systems. The Delta 5.3 CSN supports CSN-only reading of credentials making use of ISO 14443 and ISO 15693 compliant protocols.
