The Fargo 045110 ribbon will print 200 cards with color on one side and black only on the back.  This is a YMCKOK ribbon, which means it has a Yellow panel, Magenta panel, Cyan panel, Resin Black panel, clear overlay panel, a second Resin Black panel and then starts again with the Yellow panel.  A YMCKOK ribbon will still only print 100 cards, if color is printed on the back side of the card.  If you wish to print color on the both the front and back of the cards, look for a YMCKO ribbon such as the Fargo 045100 ribbon.
