Fargo H5K SYNC 84510 Print Ribbon – 750 Prints – YMC.
This is a Fargo H5K SYNC ribbon, part number 84510 (YMC) only. This is a reverse transfer print ribbon which requires a separate H5K SYNC retransfer film, Fargo part number 84500, to print on the cards.
This color ribbon will print 750 cards on one side or 375 cards with color on both sides. This is a YMC ribbon, which means it has a Yellow panel, Magenta panel, Cyan panel then starts again with the Yellow panel. This ribbon does not have a black panel. If you wish to print black on either side of the card use Fargo 84512 dye film.
This ribbon is for a retransfer printer, which initially prints the image onto a film ribbon, then transfers the film onto the card. For this reason, there is no overlay panel on the dye film ribbon because the transfer film acts as an overlay panel.
