The IDP 650666 ribbon is a SO ribbon, which means it has a Scratch Off panel. This ribbon is typically used when adding a scratch off layer over a portion of the surface on cards which have already been printed in a prior run.
This ribbon will print 1200 cards on one side, or 600 cards on both sides.
