Magicard Trust ID Upgrades

If you have an existing Trust ID Classic, Premium, Pro, or Pro-Smart key, this is where you can upgrade to a higher version of the Trust ID software. Purchase the upgrade on our website and add your current license key number into the “Order Notes” during checkout. We will process the upgrade and email you shortly after with the new license key and instructions. The actual upgrade process only takes a few seconds and is completely electronic.

Q. I would like to transfer my Trust ID software to a new PC along with my current project. How do I do that?
A. First, you will want to export your project to a usb drive. Next, install the software on the new machine. Once the software is installed you will need to contact Easy Badges with the license code of your Trust ID software for reactivation on the new PC. Lastly, import your project from the USB to your new PC.

Q. I have created one template already with Trust ID Classic. When I went to create and save another it will not allow me to save it. Why is this happening?
A. With Magicard Trust ID Classic you are only allowed one user-defined card templates. If you would like to be able to make and save multiple card templates you will need to upgrade your Trust ID Classic to Trust ID Premium or higher.
