Fully Customizable Adhesive Visitor Badge Book with Self-Expiring Technology and Manual Visitor Log.
A great solution for organizations looking for a manual visitor management system. This fully customizable badge book comes as a 8.5″ x 11″ spiral notebook with a carbon copy page behind each page of badges that automatically records a visitor log as your guest fills out their information. The badge size is approximately 3″ X 2″. There are 400-500 badges per book depending on the badge customization options that are selected.
How do expiring badges work?
After your visitors signs in, the badge is peeled off the page and activated. To activate, fold the tab behind the badge and adhere to the back of the badge. Within 4-6 hours a faint image of the VOID indication is visible, by 8 hours it is fully expired. With this system you can issue badges to visitors without having to collect them when the visitor leaves and still be assured they can’t use the badge to reenter on another day. You also have a log with the date, time and name of the visitor entered into the log.
Customization options:
– Choose Blue Border or no border
– Identify guests by “Destination” or “Company”
– Add your company logo. Full color and black and white logos are supported.
– Choose your logo placement, vertical or horizontal.
– Define your guests as “VISITOR” or customize. Some examples are “Substitute”, “Contractor”, “Volunteer”
– Add a Sign out Tab for additional security
