Evolis High Trust® Full Panel Color Ribbon for the Avansia ID Card Printer 500 prints/roll.
This is a Evolis Avansia YMCK ribbon, part number RT4F010AAA only. The Evolis Avansia is a re-transfer printer and requires a separate re-transfer Ribbon, Evolis Avansia part number RT4F010AAA , to print on the cards. This ribbon is for a re-transfer printer, which initially prints the image onto a film ribbon, then transfers the film onto the card. For this reason, there is no overlay panel on the dye film ribbon because the transfer film acts as an overlay panel.
The Evolis RT4F010AAA ribbon will print 500 Single Sided cards and 250 Dual Sided cards. This is a YMCK ribbon, which means it has a Yellow panel, Magenta panel, Cyan panel, and Resin Black panel and then starts again with the Yellow panel. If you want to print on color on one side and only black on the other with your Avansia card printer, use the Evolis RT5011AAA YMCKK Ribbon.
