Evolis Primacy Dual-Side ID Card Printer – PM1H0000D

The Evolis Primacy ID badge printer is the workhorse dye-sublimintation ID badge printer from Evolis. Good for for demanding medium to high card personalization volumes, this printer improves upon the entry level Evolis Zenius printer by adding increased speed, output, and durability.

The Primacy has field upgradable features making this one of the most versatile printers in the industry. Dual sided printing capabilities, magnetic stripe encoders, and smartcard encoders can all be added after purchase at a later time.

This ID badge printer is also environmentally friendly by consuming low power levels and outputting very little noise during the printing process.

Optional: Color Touch Screen Display

This new graphical interface is ideal for counter applications. Already available, it can be combined with the electro-mechanical locking system from July 2016 upon request and validation by the Evolis project team.

Optional: Electro-Mechanical Locks

Primacy features an electro-mechanical locking system which prevents the printer from being opened by unauthorized personnel in localized issuance of secure cards.
This new feature meets the market requirements for instant issuance of financial cards as well as any application requiring a secured issuance process.

Increased Monochrome Speed : up to 1,000 cards per hour

For users with high monochrome throughput requirements, Primacy printers are now fitted with a new rear-ejection mode (and a specific detachable-rear-output hopper) increasing the monochrome speed to up to 1,000 cards per hour.

This standard feature is available on every Primacy entering in production from end of May 2016.
To allow backward compatibility, the detachable output hopper can be purchased separately to be installed on any existing Primacy and upgraded to Evolis Premium Suite version 6.22.0.838 and Firmware version 1614 available from www.evolis.com beginning of June.

Primacy Lamination now available

Easy Badges is pleased to announce the availability of its new product, Primacy Lamination, the ideal system for personalizing and laminating cards. The module can either be added to the printer at purchase or added later by ordering the Primacy laminator separately under Evolis S10212.
